Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Vectra (the "Operator") processes personal data of visitors to the website vectra-agancy.tech (the "Site"). By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.
1. Definitions
Personal data — any information related to a directly or indirectly identified natural person. Processing — any action with data: collection, recording, organization, storage, use, transfer, deletion. Consent — a freely given, informed expression of will of the data subject regarding the processing of their personal data.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact forms on the Site the Operator may collect: name, contact (e-mail or Telegram handle), and the message text. Technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser type, visit time, referrer, URLs of visited pages, cookie identifiers. The Site does not collect payment data.
3. Purposes of processing
Communication with users in response to their requests, sending commercial proposals, answering questions. Improving the Site: analyzing usage statistics, fixing bugs. Compliance with applicable laws, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the EU GDPR where applicable.
4. Legal basis
Processing is performed on the basis of the consent of the data subject given when filling in and submitting a form on the Site, and for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
5. Retention and storage location
Personal data is retained no longer than required for the purposes of processing or by applicable law. Servers used for processing may be located inside or outside the Russian Federation, which the data subject acknowledges when submitting a form.
6. Sharing with third parties
The Operator does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with: service providers needed to fulfil the contract (e.g. Resend as a transactional email provider for delivering notifications), authorities when required by law, and entities involved in protecting the Operator's rights. Analytics services (Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics) may receive anonymised technical data.
8. Subject's rights
You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data; request rectification, blocking or deletion of data; withdraw consent for processing; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, send a request to hi@vectra-agancy.tech.
9. Security measures
The Operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access: HTTPS encryption, server access control, regular software updates, and limiting the number of people with access to data.
